New User On-boarding Process
To begin tracking your vehicle on tracksolidpro.com and tracksolidpro app, it needs to be activated. Please do the following:
Inform our authorized dealer the account name/mobile number/email address to register for log in.
Authorized dealer will open an account for you.
Log in using the details given. Please remember to reset password.
Every CLAS GPS Tracking product comes with 1 year of Tracksolidpro web and mobile app license and 1 year of sim data connectivity. Please speak with our authorized dealer to know about our various plans to renew the service license and continue using the service.
Inform our authorized dealer about your intention to renew 1 month before expiry.
Make the payment.
The service is extended for the number of years subscribed.
Each purchase comes with a standard 1 year manufacturing defect warranty.
The warranty is automatically registered during activation process above.
The warranty begins on the first day of installation into your vehicle.
Please speak with our authorized dealer should there be any issue whilst using our product.
